When Gu Nan and the Second Commander came to the door, he suddenly asked, "Third Tail and Sixth Tail are both your doppelgangers? So how many tails are you?"

"It's more appropriate to say that they're my reincarnations. Everyone in our clan is like this, but Third Tail and Sixth Tail are both entirely unaware of their connection to me." The Second Commander replied with a chuckle, "As for me..."

The main characters are the seven calabash brothers, and their names are translated as Big Brother, Second Brother, Third Brother, etc., so as the leader of her doppelgängers/clones, Red Tail would be named "Big Tail" going by that naming convention. Also by that convention, San Wei would actually be Third Tail, and Liu Wei would be Sixth Tail.
